On September 20th, invited by Cedecarne, in collaboration with GastroActitud.com, and within the framework of the 2nd Meat Attraction Madrid.  “ Knowing to innovate”, a show cutting Lamb baseb on preparation , baking and grilling beef, showing the different tendencies in the specialized butcher's sector and which, in turn, affects gastronomy.

Manuel Medina, master chef of Raza Nostra (Madrid), and Carles Tejedor, Oilmotion’s Chef, offered a cutting and grilled beef cooking demonstration, valuing unused and well-known pieces. Carles Tejedor prepared different culinary elaborations according to the cut, which he performed at Manuel Medina, and the techniques to improve the performance or texture of the different pieces, which has been tasted by the audience.
