Carles Tejedor participa en el Basque Culinary Center

This is an event held in Madrid and Barcelona, and is a way to publicize and confront different aspects and possible problems of the gastronomic sector from a different point of view and find solutions and alternatives to these problems. There is vital intervention from professionals of other sectors, bringing different points of view. There are cheese-makers, cocktail-makers, and even painters, generating an enriching debate in which everybody brings the best from their discipline, extending the discussion to professionals other than chefs. This year the talks have been very interesting, especially with the guru Gastón Acurio.
