On the 12th, 13th and 14th of March, Carles Tejedor and Miquel Ristol from OILMOTION will participate in the FÒRUM GASTRONÒMIC, which is taking place this year in A Coruña, in Galicia.

On Monday the 13th of March the first part of the monographic, dedicated to meat, will be presented by Manuel Gago, Carles Tejedor and Miquel Ristol (from OILMOTION), with the title, “Excellence in beef: the maturing process”. There will be a debate on this theme with Héctor López (from the restaurant ‘España’).

This Congress, which started in 1999, has become consolidated as an essential meeting point for the gastronomic sector, because of its ability to reinvent itself and propose new formats, combined with its ambition to evolve, and because it has attracted participants, speakers, press and public from across the country. It has three permanent locations (A Coruña, Girona, and Barcelona).
