Josper, an grill expert, and Oilmotion with the help of Carles Tejedor, they gave an intensive course about  the grill to the Basque Culinary Center at San Sebastián. Addressed to the kitchen professionals, where they treated technical issues such as types and physical-chemical foundations of the grill and different practices and tastings.
