SHOWCOOKING - OILMOTION with JUBANY EVENTS

Last 30th of March, Mazda held an event demonstrating the intelligent traction system AWD, at the AWD Xperience in Súria, Barcelona. Dozens of international journalists were there to cover the presentation, and enjoyed an OILMOTION show cooking, with Carles Tejedor and his team. They sampled: oysters with gin&tonic; blinis with prawn tartar; soft-shell quail eggs and sesame caviar; olive oil and salt lollipops; pork dumplings; oil bun bao with salt and chocolate.

A dinner was then offered with gastronomic propositions created by Jubany Events.
