TECHNIQUES COURSES OF TEXTURIZATIONS OF OILMOTION TO GASMA

On 7th and 8th May  Òscar Albiñana, the Oilab technician, the laboratory where Oilmotion's R & D & I is carried out, starred in a master class at Gasma, the school and gastronomic campus located in Castellón.

The students of the Master's Degree in Gastronomy and Management, knew the different texturing techniques, with water and oil as a base, using different technologies and innovative ingredients to a taste proposal for cutting-edge cuisine, an experience seen spectacular results.
