The pastry chef and technician of OILAB of OILMOTION, Óscar Albiñana, specialist in all kinds of technical ingredients, and in the Monographic program of the GASMA academy of Castellón, will give the textures course, which will take place on September 25th and 26th, October 3rd and 4th, and November 20th and 21st 2017.

An important part of the course with a practical-theoretical session will focus on the technology of common products, some well-known and other innovators. There will be different applications in the sweet world, with numerous examples that will help create amazing preparations.
